Shatavari has antiviral properties and could be used to treat or prevent viral infections. Boost immune system. Shatavari is an Ayurvedic rasayana herb which is also known as the female-friendly herb. It is helpful in menstrual disorders and acts as a uterine tonic. It enhances breast development and increases breast milk production by regulating hormonal balance. Shatavari is a superb fertility tonic for women, balancing hormones as well as providing nourishment and strength to the uterus. Shatavari acts on the immune system and helps in stressful times so is ideal for stress-induced and immune-mediated infertility.
Ashwagandha is best known for relieving stress and Anxiety. Ashwagandha is perhaps best known for its stress-relieving properties. It has also been shown to lower blood sugar and fat and increases muscle and strength. It can help improve sexual function in women and boost fertility and testosterone levels in men. Raspberry leaves are rich in vitamins and minerals. They provide B vitamins, vitamin C and a number of minerals, including potassium, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus and iron. Vitamin B6, found in red raspberry leaves, is a fighter of all thing’s PMS, including mood changes and irritability.
