Astra shares her home in Perth, Western Australia with her hubbie, two gorgeous girls (Lucy and Audrey) and two whippets (Sir Loin and Kim Chi).
My massage journey started 15 years ago and has been evolving ever since.
Without a tribe and family support I ended up with postnatal depression. This led me to find Ayurvedic medicine. I used the Ayurvedic pricipals to not only heal myself, but also help my clients find balance during hard times.
The next progression was studying formally and evolving my buisness into nurturing women's fertility and providing holistic healthcare solutions. I now offer specialized abdominal massages and consultations to support women in their reproductive journey and natural womans health. As an experienced practitioner i understands the unique needs and challenges faced by women, and provide personalized, natural approaches rooted in Ayurveda.
In addition, I am proud to present my exclusive herbal tea collection called Teaity - a harmonious blend of traditional and exotic flavors designed to promote overall well-being and balance. Why have we called it Tea.ity? Astra has a fascination with Hindu goddesses and their stories, so it only made sense to call it Tea.ity (From Deity). A Deity or a god is a supernatural being who is considered divine or sacred.
